Badly scratched up bracketry and terrible customer service

The brackets were all scratched up and was missing pages from the installation instructions.
The gouges and scratches were so bad that I took photos and contacted customer service, which is laughable at best, to ask them to send me another kit.
After a back and forth they agreed to send me another kit and even said they would inspect the kit before it was shipped.

Well, the replacement kit was even worse! I again contacted customer service with photos of the aluminum brackets scratched up badly. They suggested I send both kits back, or keep one and send the other back and they would issue a partial refund. By the way, that was only after I indicated I'd keep the better of the two kits and I would have to file down and re-polish the brackets in order to use them!
So, I packed up the kit I didn't want and drove to a UPS store to ship it back to them. Its now been two weeks and I still haven't received my partial refund!
This place sells crappy product, has terrible customer service, and doesn't honor their word. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE IDIOTS!
