Shipping policy

At Top Street Performance, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the delivery destination.

  • Orders under $149 are charged carrier-calculated shipping rates, which vary depending on the customer’s location and the shipping service chosen at checkout.

  • Orders over $149 may qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (exclusions may apply).

All shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer multiple shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are based on the carrier’s estimated transit times.

Please note:

  • Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been shipped.

  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Carrier Responsibility & Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Top Street Performance is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier service interruptions or operational delays

  • Peak holiday shipping volume

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and service are managed by the carrier. However, we will gladly assist customers with tracking information or carrier claim support when needed.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Shipping carriers and service methods are selected at our discretion unless otherwise specified at checkout.

  • Some orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.

  • We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
