Shipping Policy

ORDER SHIPMENTS

Orders are typically shipped within one business day (Monday through Friday), with orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific typically shipping the very same day.
When “2 Day” shipping is selected, order will be delivered two business days (Monday through Friday) after shipment. The day an order ships is not counted as a day.
Top Street Performance is happy to ship to all U.S. states and territories.
We cannot ship to APO or FPO address, and we cannot ship to post office boxes.
International shipping is offered to all countries listed in the shopping cart and at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING

Top Street Performance is happy to offer free shipping for orders totaling $99.00 or more of qualifying products when shipped within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded.
Clearance, Closeout, Garage Sale, and Refurbished products are excluded from any free shipping offers.
Free shipping is calculated after any discounts or promotions.
Method of shipment is chosen at TSP’s discretion.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

To help protect ourselves and our customers, Top Street Performance will often ship orders with adult signature required upon delivery at our discretion.

Return Policy

RETURNS

At TSP, we want you to shop with confidence and be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 90-day return policy, no questions asked. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, components, and documentation. Please note that returns on items showing signs of use, installation, or damage may be subject to a restocking fee.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Do not ship products back without first requesting a return. It is important to include the part number, date ordered, and order number in your request. You will then be emailed a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Please note that custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return. At TSP, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase!

NON-TSP PRODUCTS

TSP is proud to offer premium products from other manufacturers. Please be advised that all purchases of said products are subject to their respective manufacturer’s return policies. This may also include a possibly longer processing time for the return and refund.

SHIPPING

Customer is responsible for all return shipping.
For orders of $99.00 or more where shipping was not originally charged, any refunds will be for the purchase price of the item less TSP’s original shipping cost.
For orders under $99.00 where shipping was charged, customer will not be refunded for any shipping.

REFUNDS AND FEES

Refunds may only be sent to original payment method.
As previously stated, no shipping charges will be refunded.
For any item returned with damaged packaging, a repack fee of 10% of the item’s original purchase price, up to a maximum of $20.00, will be deducted from the refund.
For any item returned in a damaged or used/installed state, from the refund will be deducted any repair costs incurred.
For any item returned in a state beyond repair, customer will receive no refund.

CLEARANCE, CLOSEOUT, AND REFURBISHED PRODUCTS

As stated on their product pages, all sales are final.
Refurbished products may not be returned for cosmetic imperfections.

SHORTAGES, MIS-SHIPMENTS, AND DAMAGE

We make every effort to ensure that shipments leave our facility complete, correct, and well-packaged. However, there are rare occasions where an error has occurred, or items have been damaged in transit.
We ask that you carefully inspect your package to make sure everything is present and undamaged and report any issues to TSP within two business days of receipt.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUSALS

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
For delivery refusals and in-transit cancellations, refunds will be less any refusal and/or redelivery fees and will be delayed until we’ve been billed by the carrier.

Discounts and Promotions

PROMOTIONS

Top Street Performance will frequently run promotional discounts which may apply to specific products, categories, or site-wide.
These promotional discounts will not be applied to any closeout, clearance, or refurbished items.
Third party products where minimum advertised pricing (MAP) has been set, no further discounts can be applied.

MILITARY DISCOUNT

Top Street Performance is happy to provide a 5% discount to active military, veterans, retirees, National Guardsmen, and Reservists of the United States Armed Forces.
Simply send TSP valid proof of service, and we'll add the discounted status to your account - or create an account for you if you haven't done so already. Once completed, this discount will be permanently applied for future use.
While this discount cannot be applied to certain products, such as those on Clearance, it can be combined with most other sales and specials.
Valid on retail sales only. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Accepted forms of proof of service include:

  • Current or expired Military ID card
  • State-issued ID with veteran status listed
  • Form DD214 (Department of Defense discharge papers)

Warranty

TSP LIMITED WARRANTY

All new, non-closeout/clearance Top Street Performance products are sold with a one (1) year warranty and expire one (1) calendar year from date of sale.* Top Street Performance will repair or replace any product that is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship. If item cannot be repaired and replacement product is not available at time of warranty claim, Top Street Performance will issue store credit for the original purchase price. Transportation charges for replacement parts or products will be covered by Top Street Performance (within the United States only). Transportation charges for initial return of alleged defective product to Top Street Performance will not be covered. Claims will be approved only after product has been inspected and deemed defective by Top Street Performance.

 

This warranty covers product relative to defective material and/or workmanship only. Top Street Performance is not responsible for labor charges, lost profits, injury to person(s), damage to property, towing charges, storage charges, substitute transportation, or lodging. Top Street Performance will not approve claims caused by problems resulting from non-TSP parts, improper installation (including installation in application(s) for which product was not designed), lack of required routine maintenance, improper storage of product, incidental damage, unauthorized disassembly or tampering, or an act of God. If item is found to be damaged out of the box, Top Street Performance is to be notified immediately. Any claims caused by the installation of an item known to be damaged will not be covered.

 

*The following provision applies only to licensed resellers:
If it is the intent of the buyer to inventory Top Street Performance product(s) to resell at a later date, said buyer must inform salesperson at time of purchase. For product placed in customer’s inventory, warranty will begin at point of sale to end user (dated proof of sale required) and expire one (1) calendar year from that date.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

All clearance products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of sale and may only be returned because of manufacturer defect. Otherwise, all sales are final.

REFURBISHED ITEMS

Please note that while the images included with listings for refurbished items represent typical condition, the actual product may contain small cosmetic imperfections. They are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of sale and may only be returned because of manufacturer defect. Otherwise, all sales are final.

NON-TSP ITEMS

Products not manufactured by Top Street Performance are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. If any non-TSP item is believed to be defective, customer should contact original manufacturer for all warranty claims.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

For any products shipped outside of the United States, Top Street Performance reserves the right to issue and credit in place of a replacement product.
